Modify email categorization setting

Email categorization function is turned off by default.

Perform the following procedure to turn on email categorization.

1. In the Account Menu, select Project Settings.
2. In the left pane, click Processing.
3. In Processing>General, select the Enable Email Categorization checkbox.
4. Click Save.
